This includes anyone that does not self-isolate when directed by public health or to a homeowner that is caught hosting a house party.

R.C.M.P. and Peguis Community Safety Officers will be issuing tickets for failure to comply with the emergency orders under the Public Health Act. Effective immediately, total fine amounts will be set at $1,296 for individuals and $5,000 for corporations.

NEW – A new fine included is a $298 fine will be issued for not wearing a mask in a public place.

Our community is in a State of Emergency and local COVID-19 cases are on the rise. There is an increase in cases because basic safety restrictions in place by the Public Health Act are not being followed.
