4-Peat for Peguis Juniors


The Juniors have done it again. Four-time defending KJHL Champions’ Peguis Juniors win game 7 and take the 2019 KJHL Championships.

With an exciting 8-5 win against the Cross Lake Islanders on Saturday, the best-of-seven series ended in victory for the Juniors.

Next for the Juniors, the 2019 Keystone Border Battle Cup taking place April 19-21, 2019 at the Peguis Multiplex. The 2019 Keystone Border Battle Cup will see the top team from Keystone Junior Hockey League of Manitoba, the top two teams from Lakehead Junior Hockey League of Ontario and the host team, the Peguis Juniors.

Because the Peguis Juniors won the 2019 Keystone Junior Hockey League, the runner up team, Cross Lake Islanders will join the 2019 Keystone Border Battle Cup.
