RE: GARBAGE
Please be advised that there have been reports of BEARS in your area!
In order to prevent more wildlife coming into your area, we need your cooperation by putting your garbage into the garbage bins. No garbage will be picked up if it is not in your bins. It is your responsibility as homeowners to maintain the garbage in your yard. We will have garbage pick-ups once (1) a week and only take garbage in the bins.
