The Big Hill/Jackpine Hill will be opening on “Relaxed Lockdown Days” only starting Wednesday, December 23, 2020.
Guidelines for Big Hill
– Fisher River Cree Nation and Kinonjeoshtegon First Nation residents are allowed as long as cases remain at 0 in the community. If cases arise, Big Hill will be restricted to Peguis residents only.
-Hours of operation will be 9:00 am – Dusk
-Activities at own risk, every child should be accompanied by responsible adult.
-Stick to your household “bubbles”
-Maintain social distancing
-Stay within separate areas
-Please ensure everyone has proper/warm clothing
-Firepits are available, bring your own equipment such as sleighs, axe, garbage bag etc.
-Please park in parking lot provided, no parking near other areas due to safety of everyone.
-Capacity of 50 people at Big Hill
-Activity time bookings for each family will be 1.5hrs to accommodate the community
-Security will be on site to ensure group numbers and bookings.
-each group to clean up their areas before they leave
