Peguis Jordan’s Principle Child First Initiative held it’s Grand Opening on November 8, 2017 at the Peguis Community Hall. Opening remarks and introductions were followed by a lunch to community members and guests.
Jordan’s Principle is a Child First Initiative that has been implemented to resolve funding disagreements between governments and departments. It is intended to prevent First Nation children and youth living with disability from being denied essential services.
