In consultation with the Pandemic Team and Peguis Chief and Council all classes for Kindergarten to Grade 12 at Peguis Central School will continue with remote learning for the remainder of the school year as the Province continues to deal with high numbers of COVID-19 cases.
Students will continue to work on homework packages and zoom sessions. It is crucial that all student work be completed and returned as soon as possible. It is the responsibility of the parents to ensure students complete their work and return it for correction. The completed work will be used for evaluation and assessment of grade placement. Students/parents who need extra support should contact the teacher and an appointment can be arranged to receive the support needed.
It is our hope that together that we can continue to protect our community against this pandemic and look forward to a new school year with students returning to in-class sessions.
Continue to practice our best defenses by hand washing, wearing a mask and social distancing.
If any staff or students are feeling stress or anxiety and would like someone to talk to please see attached list of support staff at the Peguis Wellness Team.
Please watch for notices for year end special events on PCS website.
