Please be advised of a fuel spill that occurred in Peguis First Nation during the flood emergency. The fuel spill happened at Ed’s Corner and was caused by flood waters.
Households North of Ed’s Corner are not advised to use water for any reason until further notice. Testing is taking place and a public notice will be issued once test results are complete.
As a precaution, if you smell fuel in your water, please contact the Peguis Health Centre at (204) 645-2169 to inform staff.
