This on-line service request form is a temporary measure to ensure continuity of critical services. Please complete the information and a Service Canada Rep will get back to the client in two days.
If employees are laid off – Employer closes the door they file for Regular Employment Insurance Benefits.
If employees are sick or self quarantined – they file for Sickness Benefits
