Store Administrative Assistant

The Store Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Store Manager and Inventory Clerk. The duties of the Store Administrative Assistant will include but not limited to: management of the Accounts Receivables, daily deposits, daily sales, inventory entry, maintenance of the office, staff schedule, and available every second weekend to assist with store issues that may arise, and other duties as assigned by the Store Manager. Weekend duties will be on the job training will be done once the successful applicant is hired.

Applicant must have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with data entry (can be trained)
  • Good organization skills and time management
  • Valid class 5 drivers license and own transportation
  • Honest, trustworthy, and respectful in your approach with the customers

Applicant must be able to:

  • Work Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; and available every second weekend
  • Work independently and as well with a team
  • Work with the Store Manager and the Inventory Clerk
  • Treat staff and customers with respect and equality
  • Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the store information; customers and staff

Fulltime employment will begin October 11, 2021 to March 31, 2022 and could possibly be
extended.

Wage – $15 per hour* (pandemic wage) *subject to change
