Symptomatic Individuals are Encouraged to Get Tested Tomorrow

Mobile Testing Clinic NO LONGER REQUIRES APPOINTMENTS for COVID-19 tests during weekdays. Peguis Public Health would like to encourage symptomatic individuals to proceed to the Mobile Testing Clinic operating in Hodgson, MB, located on east side parking lot of Percy E. Moore Hospital to take their test.
Those self-isolating are also encouraged to proceed to the Mobile Testing Clinic tomorrow, Monday, November 2, 2020, between 10:00 am -4:00 pm.
Community Lockdown is still in effect. ANYONE travelling to the testing site must return directly back to their residence immediately after taking test.
• Monday, November 2, 2020: 10:00am – 4:00pm
• Tuesday, November 3, 2020: 10:00am – 4:00pm
• Wednesday, November 4, 2020: 10:00am – 4:00pm
The test site will also be able to serve people presenting without a vehicle.
Please bring your Manitoba Health card with you to the mobile clinic.
Symptoms of COVID-19 can vary from person to person. Symptoms may also vary in different age groups. Some of the more commonly reported symptoms include:
• new or worsening cough
• shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• temperature is equal to or over 38°C
• feeling feverish
• chills
• fatigue or weakness
• muscle or body aches
• new loss of smell or taste
• headache
• gastrointestinal symptoms (abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting)
• feeling very unwell
• sore throat
Individuals MUST WEAR A MASK when they drive up to the test site and remain in your vehicle. Traffic control will be provided.
