Vaccines Available to Members at Manitoba Super Sites & Pop-up Clinic locations

2
Peguis Public Health would like members aged 60 and older to know they are eligible for Pfizer and Moderna vaccines at Manitoba Super Sites & Pop-up Clinic locations. Eligible members are encouraged to schedule an appointment as this may be quicker than through our local vaccine roll out.
Individuals who are eligible can call and make an appointment for immunization. Please do not call if you are not eligible at this time, as this will delay others who can make an appointment.
The vaccine call centre phone number is 1-844-626-8222 (1-844-MAN-VACC). Daily hours of operation are from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
You will be screened to ensure you meet current eligibility criteria when you call to book an appointment.
Eligible Individuals:
• 80 years of age and older (NEW: expanded from 85 years of age and older)
• 60 years of age and older for First Nation people (NEW: expanded from 65 years of age and older)
When it’s your turn, don’t forget to bring a signed consent form (https://manitoba.ca/covid19/vaccine/resources.html#forms) and other items from the checklist (https://www.gov.mb.ca/…/covidva…/vaccinate-checklist.pdf) of things to bring with you to your appointment. Consent forms are also available at the Peguis Health Centre for members without means to print.
